Welcome to use our APP subscription service! Before subscribing to the Pro membership service, please carefully read the following subscription agreement.

I. Types of Subscription Services

We offer three subscription methods:

  1. Monthly subscription: The fee will be automatically deducted monthly, and you can continuously enjoy the Pro membership benefits.
  2. Annual subscription: The fee will be automatically deducted annually, and you can enjoy the Pro membership benefits for the whole year.
  3. Lifetime purchase: Pay a one - time fee and permanently own the Pro membership benefits.

II. Introduction to Subscription Service Deduction Methods

  1. After you choose a subscription service, the fee will be deducted through the payment method you bound in the APP.
  2. For monthly and annual subscriptions, the system will automatically deduct the fee at the beginning of the subscription cycle.
  3. If the payment fails, we will attempt to rededuct the fee within a certain period. If the rededuction fails multiple times, your subscription service may be suspended.

III. Fee Description

The subscription fee for the Pro membership is subject to the price displayed on the Pro page. The price may be changed according to market conditions or service adjustments.

IV. Refunds

  1. The currently subscribed services (including monthly and annual subscriptions within the current subscription cycle) and lifetime - purchased services are non - refundable. Please confirm your needs before subscribing.
  2. In case of special circumstances, please contact our customer service for communication.

V. Canceling Subscriptions

  1. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After canceling the subscription, you will no longer enjoy the Pro membership benefits at the end of the current subscription cycle.
  2. Cancellation path: In the device system settings - account settings - subscriptions - Gua Gua Count subscription service - cancel subscription (follow the prompts to complete the cancellation operation). The specific steps may vary slightly depending on the device and system version.
